For production-grade systems: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Docker. For content-driven sites: WordPress with proper hardening and caching. Pick what fits, not what's trendy.

Read case study →“Our old booking system went down 3× a month. MOTA rebuilt it in 6 weeks — now it's stable, guest check-in dropped from 4 minutes to 1, and the front desk saves 15 hours of admin time per week.”
“Our legacy stack was hard to maintain. MOTA migrated us to Next.js + Postgres with zero downtime. Page load dropped from 4.2s to 800ms, and our internal team can now ship features without external help.”
“I needed a WhatsApp ordering app + owner dashboard. They delivered in 5 weeks, including team training. Online orders doubled in the first month after go-live.”
Free audit of your system. Time, cost, and technical approach — with no obligation.
We're flexible on tools. For production-grade systems: Next.js, Flutter, Postgres, Docker. For content-driven websites you want to manage yourself: WordPress with secure and fast setup.
We answer straight, no sales fluff.
Company profile website: 4–6 weeks. Mobile app MVP: 8–12 weeks. System integration: 6–10 weeks. Enterprise multi-module: 3–6 months. Depends on scope. After the discovery call, we lock the timeline in the proposal.
Standard: 50% upfront (kickoff), 30% mid-project (week 3–4 demo), 20% before go-live. For enterprise projects over IDR 200M, installments can be split per quarter or per milestone.
You do, 100%, from the first commit. You hold repository access one day after kickoff. No technical vendor lock-in — if you want to switch vendors post-launch, you can, with full documentation.
First 3 months: free bug fixes, unlimited (as long as it's not a new feature). After 3 months: we still support with hourly billing or monthly retainer. Critical bugs (system down) we respond within 2 hours, 7 days a week.
Normal — we expect it. We discuss first whether the feature fits the original scope or is a new change request. If it's a change request, we give you a price estimate + timeline impact before executing. No surprise bills.
WordPress fits when: content-driven (blog, news, company profile), you need non-technical team to manage it, budget is limited, and no complex features. Custom Next.js fits when: you need API integrations, extreme performance, multi-language, custom features (booking, dashboard, ERP), or scaling to thousands of users. In the discovery call, we help you pick the right one — not just upsell the pricier option.
Let's talk. We often help clients adjust scope — e.g. MVP first (core features only), or phasing (phase 1 web, phase 2 mobile). What we don't do: cut code quality or testing. That kills long-term reputation.
